Send a handful of poems. This amount will vary from one person to another.
Death Metal Poetry only accepts e-mailed submissions.
Paste poems in the body of the email (or attach them if you must).
Feel free to send pictures and other good things.
Write submission in the subject of your submission (it just makes sense).
Don't send poems about death metal. Death Metal Poetry will be updated on a rolling basis. This means that as good work is available it will be posted to the journal. Death Metal Poetry does not want previously published poems. Simultaneous submissions are fine as long as you notify us if they are accepted elsewhere. Tell us something about yourself in the email if you want a bio. The author of a particular work retains all rights to a piece of work accepted by Death Metal Poetry. If the poem is later published elsewhere it would be nice to acknowledge the publication in Death Metal Poetry (c'mon the name is worth repeating) but we will not hunt you down if you disown us. These submission guidelines are too long. Insert a sentence about al gore and the internet here. The End.
